Sipnosis

Joe, un joven soldado estadounidense, es alcanzado por un proyectil de mortero el último día de la Primera Guerra Mundial. Yace en una cama de hospital con un destino peor que la muerte como un amputado cuádruple que ha perdido sus brazos, piernas, ojos, oídos, boca y nariz. Sin saberlo sus médicos, permanece consciente y capaz de pensar, reviviendo así su vida a través de extraños sueños y recuerdos.
