Sipnosis
Un maníaco asesino comienza a asesinar policías en Nueva York. El principal sospechoso es Jack Forrest, un agente del cuerpo con fama de ser problemático. Sin embargo, cuando su superior, el teniente McCrae, es encontrado muerto Jack decide ocuparse del caso. Para ello cuenta con la ayuda de su novia y de otro agente que trabaja de incógnito. Entre tanto, alguien sigue asesinando a policías.
