Sipnosis
Ellen (Sharon Stone), una bella y misteriosa forastera, llega a una pequeña ciudad del Oeste y se inscribe en una peligrosa competición en la que pistoleros procedentes de todas partes arriesgan sus vidas a cambio de fama y dinero. Los motivos de Ellen son muy distintos: quiere vengarse de Herod (Gene Hackman), un hombre sin escrúpulos que domina la ciudad, por el daño que le hizo a su familia en otros tiempos.
