Sipnosis
Bobby Bowfinger, un director fracasado de Hollywood, se dispone a llevar a cabo el guion que ha escrito un amigo. Está tan convencido de su calidad, que alberga la esperanza de recuperar así la fama perdida. Sin embargo, venderlo no resultará nada fácil. Por fin, un famoso productor lo acepta pero con una condición: Kit Ramsey, la estrella de moda, tiene que participar en la película.
